And this is tonights work in progress, I am in love already and think I shall be doing a whole series of beautiful little moths for years to come.
Having found a pretty sweet bit of cardboard, I decided I'd try my hand and getting away from my big eyed ladies and the feedback on this one was great! Love the odd lace here and there!
Decided I would attempt to create a piece I would love, and am happy with the outcome! Lots of layering and ink spills and fine line hand and neck cramps, but this is a piece I will frame and love!
After realising I need a bit of constance in my life, I had decided I would now try to do at least a piece of art a day, this was made during the Star Wars Marathon, whilst drinking numerous cups of yummy warm liquids! Life is Art so long as you let it.
Having recently had a Star Wars marathon with the lovely boyfriend, I have been incorporating a bit of the force into my works. Have started this old-timer Darth inspired stage.
Began doing a bit of Art Therapy lately, and this was my first piece for the start of the sessions. Enlightened, peaceful and silence.
Had a travel urge and daydreams of the beautiful Wanderer butterflies, and was inspired to do my 'Wanderer Lady'
Had an urge to create another owl to add to the owl family I have made which spans over Australia, England, Austria and Holland so far.
Had a recent commission from one of my friends for a little art piece for her 6 month old daughter. A right little cutie, born under Leo stars and full of grins and giggles, especially in the water. So despite my frequent browns and blacks, it was time to break out some bright colours for a little sunshine. Had got hold of some lovely water colour paper recently, so decided to give that a go, oh the absorbency! |
